Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Caused Redness & Swelling

I purchased the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye cream as part of a three-piece set from Trendyol. At first, everything seemed fine—no reactions in the first three days. However, by the fifth day, I started experiencing severe redness, swelling, and intense itching around my eyes. My skin also broke out, and the area under my eyes became uncomfortably warm.

For a high-end product at this price, I never expected to face such a harsh reaction. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated. I want a proper resolution—whether it’s a refund or an alternative solution. Estee Lauder, please address this issue and assist in resolving my complaint immediately.
