I recently purchased the Estee Lauder under-eye gel cream, hoping it would live up to the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, within just 10 minutes of application, I began experiencing severe itching and a burning sensation under my eyes. It’s clear that one of the ingredients triggered an allergic reaction, and I’m not the only one—after this happened, I searched online and found numerous similar complaints. If so many people are reporting the same issue, why hasn’t the formula been reviewed or the ingredient list updated with a warning?
Estee Lauder promotes this as a high-end product, yet it caused me significant discomfort and left my skin irritated and inflamed. I expected soothing hydration, not a reaction that left me unable to use any other products for days.
Estee Lauder, I urge you to take this seriously. You need to investigate the formulation, provide clear allergy warnings, and offer a refund or replacement to those affected. For a luxury brand, this level of oversight is unacceptable. Please respond and take responsibility for the harm caused.
