I recently purchased the Estee Lauder under-eye gel cream, hoping it would live up to the brand’s reputation. Unfortunately, within just 10 minutes of application, I began experiencing severe itching and a burning sensation under my eyes. If so many people are reporting the same issue, why hasn’t the formula been reviewed or the ingredient list updated with a warning?

Estee Lauder, I urge you to take this seriously. You need to investigate the formulation, provide clear allergy warnings, and offer a refund or replacement to those affected. For a luxury brand, this level of oversight is unacceptable. Please respond and take responsibility for the harm caused.
