Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Caused Burning, Redness & Swelling

I recently used the Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye Cream, and at first, I only felt a burning sensation. However, soon after, my skin developed redness and slight swelling as a reaction to the product.

I immediately washed my face with plenty of water, hoping it would help, but by the next morning, my redness and burning persisted, and the swelling had worsened. This is completely unacceptable for a high-end skincare product that is supposed to be gentle and effective.

I am dissatisfied with this experience and demand a proper explanation from Estee Lauder. I expect a refund or a resolution for the damage caused to my skin. Customers should not have to deal with such severe reactions—please address this issue immediately!
