Estée Lauder Beautiful Magnolia Perfume Scent Fades Seconds After Application
On July 8, 2026, I purchased a 3-piece Estée Lauder Beautiful Magnolia fragrance set from the Elca Kozmetik stand located at the LCW Headquarters. The set includes a full-size Beautiful Magnolia EDP Spray (50 ml), a full-size Beautiful Magnolia Nourishing Hand Cream (30 ml), and a travel-size Beautiful Magnolia Mini Eau de Parfum Spray (4 ml). I paid a total of $77 for this purchase under invoice number elc2026130118787.
However, the perfume in the set has virtually zero longevity. The moment I spray it, there is a very faint scent that disappears completely within seconds. I am not talking about it fading after an hour—it vanishes almost immediately upon application. I cannot accept such poor performance for a product at this price point. As someone who uses other fragrances from this brand, I have never experienced such an issue before. Therefore, I suspect that the product I purchased is either counterfeit or expired. Right now, even basic body mist lasts longer; this perfume literally has zero performance.
I noticed this issue the day I bought it, though I have not yet spoken directly with the brand or store. I demand an urgent investigation to verify the authenticity and expiration date of the product, along with a replacement or a full refund of the amount I paid. Otherwise, I will pursue all legal avenues to recover my money and escalate this matter to official consumer protection authorities. I request a response by phone or in writing as soon as possible.
