I bought a 100ml bottle of Dolce Gabbana Light Blue Intense EDP perfume from Antalya Airport on November 12, 2023, at a high cost. I have experience using this product on multiple occasions. Previously, the fragrance used to last all day with only 3-4 sprays. However, now, even after using 10 sprays, the scent disappears within 15 minutes. Even though the seller and distributor are legally obligated to handle customer complaints, when I reached out to the store to share my dissatisfaction, they directed me to send it to the distributor for evaluation. I did not purchase any cologne. Even if the test shows that the product is not fake, if it doesn't have the main feature expected from a perfume, like the lasting scent, it should be seen as "defective." Hence, the results of the test are meaningless and insignificant. I would like a refund or a genuine, long-lasting perfume delivered to me. If not resolved, legal action will be taken against the seller and distributor for potential profiteering. Furthermore, I will ask for an examination of all accounts linked to unfair profits from this issue.
