Estee Lauder Products Caused Severe Acne & Redness

I received my Estee Lauder order (#6773637144) on January 9, 2025, after spending ₺7,632 on skincare products. However, after just six days of use, my skin has completely broken out with painful cystic acne and redness. My skin has never reacted this badly before, and I am convinced that either the products are expired or the formula is defective.

After checking online, I see that many others have complained about Estee Lauder products recently. I demand an immediate refund and the option to return these products. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will escalate my complaint to the Consumer Court. Estee Lauder, fix this now—this is unacceptable!
