On September 16, I purchased an Estée Lauder Advanced Night Cleansing Gelee facial cleanser from the official Estée Lauder store on Trendyol. The product arrived, but I haven’t opened the package yet. When I checked the product through the Turkish Product Tracking System (ÜTS), I received a warning message stating “no record found.”
This made me doubt the authenticity of the product. I tried to get help from Estée Lauder’s official website, but I couldn’t receive any assistance. Trendyol also does not provide a clear channel for verifying product authenticity or contacting the seller directly for such issues.
