I Bought Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess on Hepsiburada But It’s Not PTS Registered

I recently purchased an Estée Lauder Bronze Goddess perfume from the official Estée Lauder store on Hepsiburada, expecting it to be an authentic and fully traceable product. However, when I scanned the barcode through the PTS (Product Tracking System) to verify authenticity, the product did not appear in the registry. This immediately raised red flags about whether what I received is genuine.
Since the barcode is only accessible after unboxing, I can’t even initiate a return anymore. I'm now stuck with a questionable product that I can't verify, and I’m extremely disappointed that this happened through a seller listed as “official.”
A brand like Estée Lauder should never allow items to be shipped without proper registration, especially in a marketplace setting. This erodes consumer trust. I request a clear explanation and resolution regarding this barcode discrepancy and reassurance about the perfume’s authenticity. Consumers deserve better, especially when purchasing premium products.
