On June 24, 2025, I purchased a 3-piece Estée Lauder skincare set from the official Estée Lauder seller on Hepsiburada. While the serum included in the set is properly registered in the ÜTS (Turkey’s Product Tracking System), the other two creams are not listed in the system at all. This raises serious concerns about the authenticity and safety of the products I received.
I’ve already shared the barcodes of the unregistered items with customer service, but I haven’t received a satisfactory explanation or resolution yet. I am extremely disappointed that a reputable brand like Estée Lauder would allow unregistered cosmetic products to be distributed through official sales channels.
As a consumer, I expect full transparency and product traceability—especially when purchasing from a platform as prominent as Hepsiburada. I urge Estée Lauder and Hepsiburada to immediately investigate this issue, verify the authenticity of the items in question, and offer a proper solution, whether that be a refund, replacement with registered products, or formal assurance regarding the legitimacy of these creams. This kind of ambiguity is unacceptable for high-end skincare.
