I Bought Estée Lauder Serum on Hepsiburada But PTS Shows No Barcode Record


I ordered a serum from Estée Lauder’s official store on Hepsiburada, expecting a genuine product. However, when I tried to verify the product using the PTS (Product Tracking System), the barcode did not show up at all. This is extremely alarming, especially considering how much I paid. I trusted the brand and the platform, but now I seriously doubt whether I received an authentic item.
When I reached out to the seller for clarification, I got a vague and unrelated response that didn’t address my concern. I later found out that other customers have also faced the same issue with unregistered or untraceable Estée Lauder products sold through Hepsiburada.
What’s going on here? If I paid ₺1,000+ for this serum, I expect it to be original, registered, and traceable. The lack of transparency and accountability is unacceptable. I demand a proper explanation and want confirmation of the product’s authenticity immediately.
