Rossmann Essence Lip Oil Discount Not Applied at Checkout

Hello, today at your Rossmann store in Karşıyaka Çarşı, I noticed that the Essence brand lip oil was marked 50% off on the price tag. However, when I proceeded to checkout, the discount was not applied, and the price remained unchanged.

I brought this issue to the attention of the store employees, but they refused to offer a solution, claiming that there was nothing they could do. This is misleading and wastes customers' time, especially when we wait in line expecting a discount that is falsely advertised.

I request immediate compensation for this issue and expect Rossmann to honor the discounted price displayed on the product. I am attaching the image as proof. Please resolve this as soon as possible.
