Planet Essence Botanical Cream Caused Burning & Breakouts

I am disappointed with the Planet Essence Botanical Cream. After applying it to my clean skin at night, I immediately experienced a burning sensation and itching. By the next day, I noticed new breakouts appearing on my face.

I only used this product three times, and each time, the reaction was the same—burning, itching, and acne. This is not a product I can continue using, and I regret purchasing it. A skincare product should not cause discomfort or worsen skin conditions.

I want an explanation from Planet Essence about these issues. Is this a known reaction? What ingredients are causing this? I expect the company to address this problem and offer a resolution!
