I Face Missing QR Code and No Support After $10 Top-Up on eSIM IO

I loaded $10 into the eSIM IO app, but I never received the QR code needed to activate my plan. I have been struggling with this issue for over a week without success.

Today, I reached out to customer support, but after hours of waiting, I still haven’t received any reply. At one point, they sent me a single QR code, but it did not work. Since I am currently abroad, the situation is even more frustrating.

The app is unreliable—you can’t properly connect, and once your money is in, it feels stuck. This has left me very disappointed, and I no longer consider eSIM IO a trustworthy service.

I am requesting a refund of my $10 and proper accountability for the lack of customer service.
