I Face Missing QR Code and No Response From eSIM IO After $10 Payment

I loaded $10 into the eSIM IO app, but I never received the QR code needed to activate my plan. I have been trying to solve this problem for a full week without success.

Today, I contacted customer support, but after hours of waiting, I still received no reply. At one point, they sent me a single QR code, but it did not work. Since I am currently abroad, this situation has left me completely stranded without service.

The app is unreliable—you cannot properly connect, and once your money is deposited, it feels stuck there with no way to use it. I am extremely disappointed and cannot recommend eSIM IO to anyone.

I request either a working QR code immediately or a full refund of my $10.
