Esim.io Took $48 but Never Delivered My eSIM Profile
About four days ago, I purchased an eSIM package for the Balkan region through Esim.io. A total of approximately $48 USD was charged to my credit card, and I received the order confirmation and purchase details by email. However, despite this, the eSIM profile was never delivered, and I have been unable to access or use the service at all.
After experiencing this issue, I attempted to contact Esim.io through their support channels, but no response was provided, and no solution has been offered. Because I cannot use the line and have been unable to reach any responsible party for days, I am experiencing significant inconvenience and frustration.
I demand an immediate refund of the approximately $48 USD I paid for a service that I never received or was able to use.
