I bought an Epson L3252 printer from Trendyol, and my order number is 9240887795. When my package arrived and I started getting it ready, I ran into an error that had me stumped. After I unplugged and plugged back in the power cable, the lights came on right away, but none of the buttons, not even the power button, would work. The printer is constantly lit up, and the brand's website doesn't provide any explanation for this problem. Dealing with an issue on a brand-new Epson product is beyond frustrating. I absolutely wouldn't recommend it. I need the company to contact me immediately and fix the problem.
