Brand New Epson L3251 Printing Only One Color

I purchased the Epson L3251 printer through Trendyol in January 2025, paying approximately $182. From the day I bought it, the printed text has been faint and streaky, and at times I cannot get any print output at all. Even though I sent the device to the authorized service center under warranty, the issue was not resolved. As of today, the printer only prints in a single color; at first it printed only yellow, and now it prints only blue.
Since the product is still under warranty, I contacted Epson customer service and specifically requested a product replacement because it had been less than six months since the purchase. Despite this request, the device was repaired and sent back to me, and the same problems continue. I also have the paperwork and service receipts from the repair process.
Because I have experienced these issues repeatedly and no permanent solution has been provided, I request that my complaint be resolved and that my Epson L3251 printer be replaced with a new one.
