Epson 3251 Printer Has Never Printed Properly Since the Day I Bought It
I purchased an Epson 3251 cartridge printer, and since the day I bought it, I have not been able to print in black and white or color. This issue has been ongoing, and in an attempt to resolve it, I took the product to service several times. However, each time I encountered the same malfunction, and I was never informed about the procedures or actions taken by the service team. Although the warranty period for my product has now expired, I still have the invoice. I am requesting a permanent solution to my problem or a replacement of the product. I kindly ask that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible.
