My Epson L3560 Under Warranty but Never Worked Properly
I purchased the Epson L3560 printer from Media Markt about a year ago, and it has been malfunctioning since the day I bought it. The printer consistently prints documents using strange, distorted characters, and the issue has never been resolved. I tried using it on different computers, with different cables, and tested various troubleshooting methods, but nothing has fixed the problem. The product is still under warranty.
I have not contacted Epson customer service or technical support until now because I did not want to deal with a device that has never worked properly from the start. Due to these ongoing issues, I am requesting a refund for the product.
