Epson L310 Printer Sold As New But Warranty Expired In 2019

I purchased an Epson L310 printer from N11 on 17.02.2026 as a brand-new product. I used the device only twice and on the second use, on 27.02.2026, it suddenly shut down and never turned back on. After this, I contacted the authorized service and was informed that the warranty period for this product had expired in 2019 and that the repair cost would be ₺2,500. The service even stated that the product might be second-hand. Epson main center also stated that, as written on the box, I should have registered the product for the warranty to start, and because I did not register it, the responsibility lies with me. However, I did not see any such clear statement on the box, and the dates recorded in the system and the explanations I received are inconsistent with the fact that I bought this product as new in 2026. Due to these inconsistencies and the claim that the warranty expired years before my purchase date, I feel victimized. During this time, I had to buy a second printer in order not to disrupt my work. I am requesting that at least one of these two products be refunded and that the situation with the warranty dates and the possibility that this product might not actually be new be investigated and clarified. I expect this issue to be resolved fairly and my financial loss to be compensated.
