Epson L3251 Warranty Not Extended After Registration - No Response
On December 31, 2023, I purchased an Epson L3251 printer with serial number XAHC002940 from the Media Markt store for ₺5,299. At the time of purchase, I was informed that if I registered the product, the standard two-year warranty would be extended. Although I completed the required product registration just three days after purchase, the warranty end date still shows as December 30, 2025. I have attached the document related to the warranty extension form. I sent an email about this issue to Epson at [email protected] and [email protected] on October 30, 2025, but have not received any response. I did not contact the Media Markt store because I know the campaign belongs to Epson. I request that the necessary correction regarding my warranty period be made and that I be informed once it is updated.
