Epson L3521 Ink Leakage & Paper Jam Issues Ignored By Support
On 02/10/2025, I purchased an Epson L3521 printer. Since the day I bought it, I have been dealing with ink leakage and paper jamming issues, and for this reason, I had to send the device to service a total of three times. I paid $194 for the product and an additional $88 for an extended protection plan.
Due to the ongoing malfunctions, I filed a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board on 11/04/2025, and a decision was issued in favor of “replacement or refund.” In line with this decision, I submitted my petition to the authorized Epson service center on 11/22/2025. However, since that date, I have not received any update. No clear information has been provided regarding the replacement process, and during my last call on 11/26/2025, I was simply told to wait.
Because I use this printer actively for my work and have already suffered significant inconvenience from repeatedly sending it to service, I want this uncertainty to end. In accordance with the Arbitration Board's decision, I request that my printer be replaced immediately or that the total amount I paid be refunded to me. I kindly ask that the process be finalized without further delay and that my grievance be resolved.
