Epson L15160 Model Belt Break Off, Just A Short Time After Guarantee


I bought Epson L15160 model nearly 2 years and 2 months ago. While printing, the belt that drives the head broke without any reason. I called the service, and told the problem that a short time after guarantee time it's not normal and unacceptable. I took the printer (nearly 20 kg or more) to the service by myself since they don't fix it anywhere. They said they called the center, and told to take whole service fee. It's not my fault. How can i break off a heavy plastic belt while writing in a closed place? I paid a lot of money and depend on Epson quality. They must compensate this failure priceless, because otherwise this means they calculate the printer's pieces deformation for 2 years time. And also they take a lot of money while selling the product, it's their second aim to take a lot of money from repairment! I'm expecting this will be solved on customer's behalf EPSON :) Thanks.
