Red Dead Redemption 2 Not Delivered After Epic Games Payment
On December 28, 2025, around 5:42 a.m., I purchased the game Red Dead Redemption 2 through the Epic Games platform. Although $13 was charged from my Ziraat Bank account and the transaction indicated that the payment was transferred to GPay, the game was not added to my Epic Games library.
Even though I have the payment receipt and transaction record, I cannot see the game in my account and therefore cannot use the product I purchased. I have not yet submitted a separate request to Epic Games support or my bank.
I request that Epic Games add the game to my account as soon as possible in exchange for the payment I made, or—if that is not possible—that the $13 payment be refunded to me in full.
