Epic Games Did Not Add Red Dead Redemption 2 After Payment
Today I purchased Red Dead Redemption 2 through Epic Games, but even though I completed the payment, the game has not been added to my account. I log into my Epic Games account using the email b****@gmail.com**, and I made the purchase through this account.
I completed the payment using a bank transfer to an IBAN, and the only proof I currently have is the bank receipt. Epic Games did not send me any confirmation email or invoice number, and the game still does not appear in my library. I contacted Epic Games support about the issue, but so far I have not received any response.
I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible—either by adding the game to my account or by issuing a full refund for the amount I paid.
