Epic Games Ignoring My Stolen Account Recovery Request for 2 Months

My Epic Games account was stolen two months ago, and even my email address was changed by the hacker. Although the thief forgot to unlink the Steam profile, I still can’t access my account because the login process requires a 6-digit code. I’ve emailed Epic Games support nearly 50 times, but their responses have been infuriatingly repetitive and unhelpful.

Despite proving ownership by sharing details like a $100 purchase made with my credit card a year ago, Epic Games continues to claim they cannot verify my identity. Meanwhile, platforms like Rockstar Games, EA, and Ubisoft still show my account as active. I even tracked down the hacker and shared this information with Epic Games, yet I keep receiving the same copy-pasted replies, and my tickets are closed to prevent further follow-ups.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and Epic Games’ lack of accountability and action is unacceptable. I demand immediate resolution and full access to my account. I’ve attached evidence and emails to show the extent of this mishandling. Epic Games needs to take customer support seriously.

Hello again, they must be upset with me for filing a complaint through Şikayetvar, as they now respond to me with automatic messages without even sending an email when I raise an objection. I have never seen another company that cares so little about customer satisfaction. I hope by showing this message, I have been able to reveal some of the truths about this company. They kick you when you're down.
