I Can’t Recover My Epic Games Account Because I No Longer Have Access to My Email

I’m completely locked out of my Epic Games account and no one is helping. When I try to log in, I’m told I must reset my password. That would be fine—except the password reset email is being sent to an address I no longer have access to. I can’t retrieve the verification code, and this has left me totally stuck.

I’ve submitted multiple requests to update my email, and I’ve even provided my card details to verify my identity. But despite everything, I haven’t been assigned a live support agent for over a week. Every time I try to contact Epic Games support, I just get automated messages or no real response at all.

This is extremely frustrating. I’ve spent a lot of time—and money—on this account, and I’m at serious risk of losing it over something as simple as an outdated email address. All I’m asking for is a way to verify my identity and update the email so I can regain access to my account.

Epic Games, please don’t let my account vanish like this. I need real support, not automated forms. I’m urging you to look into my case and help me recover my account before it’s too late.
