I Can’t Recover My Hacked Ubisoft Account Despite Sending Proof and Steam Screenshots

My Ubisoft account was taken over by hackers who changed the email address associated with it. I submitted multiple support requests to Ubisoft with detailed explanations and solid proof that I am the rightful owner of the account. Unfortunately, I never received a response from a real human—only generic messages from automated support bots that go in circles and provide no actual help.
To support my case, I even attached screenshots showing my Steam account details, including the purchase date of the Ubisoft game linked to the stolen account. Still, Ubisoft has not restored access or taken any action to return my account.
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. I've invested both money and hundreds of hours into this account, and now it’s completely out of my hands because of Ubisoft's unhelpful support system. The fact that a customer can submit verifiable proof and still be ignored is unacceptable.
I’m urging Ubisoft to take this issue seriously and assign a real support agent to my case. It’s not just about losing an account—it’s about trust, and right now, Ubisoft is failing its users when it comes to account security and customer care.
