Epic Games GTA 5 Refund Button Not Showing After Purchase
Today, I purchased GTA 5 through Epic Games, but shortly afterward I decided that I wanted to request a refund. When I logged into my Epic Games account through an internet browser on my computer and went to the purchases section, I only saw the word “email,” and the “Refund” button was not visible at all.
I checked for a refund option approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes after the purchase. I also received the purchase confirmation email in my inbox. Despite this, I could not find any section in my account panel where I could submit a refund request.
I ask that Epic Games review this issue, process a refund for my GTA 5 purchase, and return the payment to my account.
