I purchased GTA V from Epic Games, but it has been over 10 hours, and the game still hasn’t been added to my account. I’ve contacted the support team repeatedly every hour, yet I’ve received no resolution or even a response. The game I paid for is missing, and neither a refund nor proper assistance has been provided.

Now, the support team is not responding to any of my messages at all. This lack of communication and resolution is incredibly frustrating, especially considering the reputation of Epic Games.
