Epic Games Support Not Responding to GTA 5 Refund Request
I purchased GTA 5 for PC through Epic Games. During the purchase process, the game was clearly stated to be refundable, but there is no “Refund” button or any section where I can submit a refund request in my library or order details. Even though the game is marked as refundable, I cannot access the refund option.
After making this purchase today at around 10:00 AM, I sent an email regarding the issue to Epic Games Support from my registered email address, m**********@gmail.com**, but I have not received any response so far. I paid by card and want to exercise my refund right as stated in the terms.
I request that the refund button for GTA 5 be activated in my Epic Games account and that the refund process be made clear, accessible, and transparent to me.
