Enza Home Swan Sofa Set Has Persistent Issues – Poor Customer Support
In February 2024, I purchased all my home furniture (sofa set, dining set, TV unit, bed base, headboard, and wardrobe) from Enza Home Balçova Asmaçatı, İzmir. The sales team was incredibly helpful, and I was especially excited to finally own the award-winning Swan sofa set that I had admired for two years. Unfortunately, my excitement ended the moment the furniture was delivered.
Shortly after delivery, the 3-seater sofa started making squeaky noises. I contacted customer service multiple times, and a technician was sent. They pretended to fix it, but the issue persisted. After another visit, they took the sofa back, promising a replacement. However, the new "replacement" felt noticeably different from my 2-seater. During this process, I realized that my 2.5-seater sofa also had the same issue. When I reported it, the technician blamed my flooring, saying the sofa needed to be placed on a rug to avoid noise. How does an "award-winning" sofa require a rug to function properly?
As a "solution," they suggested adding plastic noise dampeners to the legs. When I gently moved the sofa to clean, these cheap fixers fell off immediately, and the noise returned, now even worse. Despite multiple complaints, customer service has been utterly useless.
After furnishing my entire home with Enza Home, I deeply regret my purchase. The lack of after-sales support and poor product quality has been a nightmare. I have warned everyone in my circle about my experience and will continue to do so. I expect a real resolution, not temporary fixes.
