Enza Home Sofa Fabric Wrinkling And Pilling Problem Not Fixed

I purchased my sofa set five months ago, and by the second month, the fabric started showing wrinkles, thinning, and pilling, as seen in the photo. When the service team came, they said the foam had also collapsed but that they would only reinforce it. As for the wrinkling on the fabric, they told me to pull the fabric from the back like a bedsheet each time it happened, and for the pilling, they suggested using a lint remover that everyone supposedly has at home. The sales representative at the store had assured me that if I ever had any issue with the fabric, the company would fully stand behind the product and replace it immediately. The so-called “solutions” provided by the company to my current problems are exactly as I described above.
