Enza Home Faulty Sofas and Chairs – Promised Replacement Still Not Resolved
We purchased two 3-seater sofas and six chairs from Enza Home, but the products arrived with defects. Only the sofas were replaced, and yet the replacements came with the exact same issues. It feels like we’re back at square one despite their claim that they “replaced” the items.
Enza Home had promised us a resolution, stating, “You paid, so it’s your right to receive a flawless product.” We have phone records and, likely, in-store recordings proving their promises. However, they are now trying to delay, likely to avoid responsibility. The products have stitching issues, make noise, and the foam is inconsistent. If not resolved, I’ll share video evidence for others to see and understand our frustration.
Here is the translation of the text from Turkish to English: "Dear Enza Home, regarding my complaint, they came for the exchange of the chairs, but when we opened the boxes, we saw that the chairs were torn. We immediately called the customer representative and Gaziemir Enza, and they told us to file a report and not to accept them, so we sent them back. Please fix this, but a leading furniture company produces a product, yet the person who produces it does not see if it is torn or damaged. Then quality control steps in and they also approve it, and then it is shipped and sent to us, only for us to see that the products are torn. We are filing a report and taking pictures. Enza Home and Mr. Nevzat, the general manager whom I emailed, please take a look at your production site. Correcting a mistake with another mistake and saying yes, we changed it, does not work."
