I purchased a living room set and chairs from Enza Home, only to discover a serious issue with the fabric quality. Whenever anything spills and I attempt to clean it, the stain reappears, as if the fabric absorbs and then releases it back. Despite being within the warranty period, Enza Home refused to replace the fabric. When the service technician arrived, instead of helping, he blamed me, marking it as 'user error' and even claimed I should have returned the product unused, essentially implying I shouldn’t sit on my own furniture!
The technician’s attitude, with constant accusations and comparisons to other customers, only added to my frustration. I had high expectations when I bought all my furniture from Enza, but they have utterly failed in providing any support post-sale. The promises, smiles, and willingness to listen disappeared the moment the sale was closed.
I demand a fabric replacement for this defective product. The lack of professionalism and service at Enza has left me deeply disappointed, and I’m prepared to take legal action to pursue my rights if they don’t address this issue.
