Enza Home Basel Sofa Fabric Issue – Denied Warranty and Excessive Replacement Cost

I purchased the Basel model sofa set from Enza Home 26 months ago. Just two months before the warranty expired, I requested a service appointment due to visible deterioration in the fabric and a persistent dark shadow underneath, despite careful usage. When the service team arrived, they claimed that using a cover over the sofa caused the issue and, therefore, it wouldn’t be covered under warranty. They suggested fabric replacement after the warranty at my expense.

However, the quoted cost for replacement was almost half the original price of the sofa set, which is unreasonable. I believe a reputable brand like Enza Home should stand behind its products. We feel let down and request that Enza Home addresses this issue. If not resolved, we will be forced to pursue legal action, which we would prefer to avoid.
