Bosch KDN86AWFON/01 Fridge Not Cooling Properly

I bought a Bosch KDN86AWFON/01 fridge in Ankara, Turkey, and as of 18 August it has stopped cooling properly. The food inside spoils quickly and the fridge is not performing its basic function. I contacted Bosch service/customer support about this problem, but I did not receive any effective help or a solution. The issue is still continuing and I cannot use the fridge as expected. I request that my Bosch fridge be replaced with a properly functioning one as soon as possible so that this ongoing problem is permanently resolved.
