On September 15, 2025, I placed an order for the Varena sofa set at the Enza Home store located on the Denizli Acıpayam highway. I purchased two three-seaters and two single armchairs, but only one three-seater and two single armchairs were delivered. My missing item has not been delivered for 80 days.

During this period, I have called both the store and Enza Home customer service 15–20 times. The store tells me to call customer service, and customer service keeps saying, “The resolution center will contact you,” but no one reaches out. Only the store has called me back twice; otherwise, I have received no updates at all. I have requested a refund multiple times, but my request has been ignored and no solution has been offered.

My order contract number is 106920-1. I paid by credit card, and the product is covered by a new-product warranty.

At this point, I want clear and accurate information about where my missing item is, and I request that an authorized representative contact me immediately. If the product cannot be delivered, I want a full refund. I am asking for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
