I Bought an Enza Bold Sofa but It Still Has Not Been Delivered in 10 Weeks

Yataş Enza is truly a regret. On May 28, 2025, I purchased the Enza Bold 3-seater left corner sofa set from the Enza store at Yelken Plaza in Ankara. My order number is 1104263441. I paid a total of ₺74,750 by credit card. Although the delivery period was stated as 6–8 weeks in the contract, it has now been 10 weeks and my product still hasn’t been delivered. (I bought it for my summer house, and I’ve already closed it up and returned home this weekend. It’s like a joke.)

Throughout this process, the seller Aymoke kept stalling me with different excuses. Each time it was something like “the product is in the warehouse” or “logistics isn’t delivering.” But when I contacted the Enza factory, I was informed that the product hadn’t even been manufactured yet. For about a month now, I’ve been misled with false information. I also saw that similar delivery problems with Enza are very common on Xolvie and other platforms. Things have gotten so out of hand that the company even accuses people on social media of “defaming them.”

Here’s the truth: all the happy reviews about this company are fake. The only people who seem satisfied with Enza are the employees themselves and their friends who post fake positive messages online. And Yataş Enza deserves “congratulations” too. Their customer relations management is simply brilliant (!) In these 10 weeks, I was called only three times, and each time they “shared my frustration” so sincerely. Apparently, the purpose of this company is for us to suffer and for them to pretend to suffer with us.

And the result? Nothing. There’s no higher authority, no accountability for the store, and no one says, “Why are you lying?” Everything is just one big joke. What you’re dealing with here is a deeply problematic company. Dear consumer, don’t make the same mistake I did.
