Enza Home Bedroom Set And Sofas Still Not Delivered
On 4 March 2026, I placed an online order with Enza Home for a bedroom set and two sofas for delivery to İzmir, Turkey. Despite the time that has passed, my order has still not been delivered and I have not received clear information about the delivery date. I contacted Enza Home customer service regarding the delay and the lack of information. Each time I was only told that they would “keep checking”, but no concrete date or solution was provided, and the situation has not changed. I demand that my bedroom set and two sofas be delivered immediately and that a clear, definite delivery time be shared with me without any further delay.
Today they set up an appointment for tomorrow because they will bring two armchairs. When I asked what happened to the May 6 appointment, they said nothing was entered into the system because they had originally promised to deliver all my products on May 6 under normal circumstances. I'm very curious to see if the two armchairs will arrive tomorrow, but there's still no word about the bedroom set. Every time I call, they give absurd explanations like there's infrastructure work at the Izmir warehouse or there's a problem entering information into the system. We watch in amazement, we laugh, we curse, but we have to keep waiting. They keep saying they have logged it as a special case in the system so that a quick response can be given each time. It's truly a comedy, we're watching this comedy, let's see what will happen. I hope all the employees will each become so aggrieved that, due to some situation soon, they might finally understand a bit of the trouble they've caused.
The armchairs arrived (three days after the appointment date), and nobody has the slightest idea about the bedroom. :) )))) I'm trying hard not to lose my mind, I complained everywhere, and you'll see them everywhere soon—see what they're doing.
They still haven't responded about the bedroom, and the store staff can't see it in the system because it's an online order.
I was told that my order was cancelled, but the bank approval never came and it still appears as approved on my orders page. Different people on the phone line and different representatives on the messaging line gave me contradictory information. I went to the store; Ms. Gamze seemed very attentive but she couldn't find any solution and started ignoring my latest messages. This situation has left me feeling very wronged.
