Envato Charged My Card Without Consent—I Demand a Full Refund Immediately

I was shocked to discover that Envato charged my credit card without my knowledge or authorization. I never made any such purchase, and the transaction definitely did not come from me. There was no email notification, no invoice, no confirmation—absolutely nothing until I saw the charge on my statement.
This is completely unacceptable. Unauthorized use of someone’s credit card is a serious matter, and I demand an immediate refund of the full amount withdrawn. I have already reported the issue to my bank and flagged the transaction as fraudulent.
Envato must investigate this incident thoroughly and reverse the charge right away. I will not accept vague automated replies or deflections. This is a breach of trust and financial security, and if the issue is not resolved swiftly, I will escalate the matter through legal and regulatory channels.
I expect Envato to take responsibility for this unauthorized activity and to ensure such a situation does not happen again—to me or anyone else.
