I recently discovered that Paddle.net has charged my credit card without my consent or prior knowledge. I have never signed up for their services, nor did I authorize any subscription or payment to this platform. The fact that they managed to access my card information and withdraw funds without my permission is extremely concerning and feels like a serious breach of security.
I do not understand how Paddle.net obtained my payment details, and I feel completely helpless in protecting my card from such unauthorized charges. I immediately demand that this unauthorized subscription be canceled and that all withdrawn amounts be fully refunded to my account without delay.
Additionally, I request a clear explanation as to how this situation occurred and what steps the company will take to ensure that it does not happen again.
