I Could Not Cancel My Metro Turizm Tickets

On September 7, 2025, I purchased a total of 6 bus tickets via Enuygun for the Edirne Erikli – Istanbul Alibeyköy route operated by Metro Turizm. The PNR numbers for my tickets are YJUSEV5 and YJUSGQ8, and I paid a total of ₺4500 by credit card. Shortly after purchasing the tickets, I had to cancel my travel due to a family funeral. I contacted both Enuygun and Metro Turizm customer service multiple times. However, I was informed that Metro Turizm had completely closed all trip cancellation processes two days prior, so I was unable to cancel or receive a refund for my tickets in any way. I expected support, especially in such an urgent and exceptional case, but instead, I faced financial loss and had to call several times (at least three), waiting approximately 10 minutes each time to speak with a representative. I kindly request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that the ticket fees be refunded.
