Enuygun.com/Garenta Refused My Rental With Combined ID and License
On August 26, 2024, when I went to pick up the car I had rented at the exact time, the GARENTA Car Rental Branch refused to hand over the car using the combined version of the ID and driver’s license issued by our State. They informed me that they accept the old driver’s license but would not accept the new ID card with the integrated driver’s license and that they would cause me inconvenience. This not only canceled my plans but they still haven’t refunded my money. If the refund is not made, I will report this situation to all relevant authorities, stating that I have been mistreated because they did not accept the combined ID card provided by our State.
