Enuygun.com Converted My Refund to Coins Instead of Returning It to My Card

I canceled my ticket on Enuygun.com and requested a refund to my card, but instead, they converted the amount into their in-app coins without my consent. Now, I am unable to get my money back, and they are forcing me to use their platform credit instead.

I have tried calling customer service, but they refuse to help. They are not interested in resolving the issue, and I am left with a refund I can’t access the way I originally paid.

This is unacceptable, and I will never book with Enuygun.com again. I also won’t recommend it to anyone. Refunds should be returned in the original payment method—fix this immediately!
