Enterprise Berlin Airport Cancels Booking.com Rental Over 15-Minute Grace Period

I experienced a serious issue regarding my car rental reservation with confirmation number 613279682 booked through Booking.com. When I went to the Enterprise office at Berlin Airport to pick up the vehicle, they informed me that the pick-up grace period, which is normally 59 minutes, had been reduced to 15 minutes, and because this time had passed, they had given my vehicle to someone else and canceled my reservation.

I was told that I could not get the reserved vehicle, but a different vehicle could be provided if I paid an extra fee. This situation unfairly invalidated my reservation, forced me into unexpected additional expenses, and severely disrupted my travel. I feel completely wronged and misled.

Furthermore, despite contacting Booking.com multiple times over the past week regarding this matter, I have received no response or resolution, which has only added to my distress.

My demand from Booking.com is a full refund of the fee I paid for this reservation, along with consideration of the extra expenses incurred due to this incident. I request that my grievance be investigated and a fast, clear, and fair solution be provided to me.
