Enterprise Car Rental Gave Wrong Vehicle and Rude Service

On August 28, 2025, at 16:00, I had a very disappointing experience at the Enterprise Karşıyaka Branch, despite having been satisfied with this location multiple times in the past.

After seeing a price for a Fiat Egea on Booking.com, I contacted the branch via WhatsApp. I was told they could provide me with the same vehicle for ₺9,880 with full insurance. I was then directed to the office to complete the card payment. Later, over the phone, I was told I would be given a Ford Courier, which I agreed to. Shortly after, I was informed that the Egea had arrived and could be provided instead. While I was preparing for the Courier, they assured me everything would be arranged once I got to the office.

However, when I arrived, as the process began, another staff member abruptly intervened and said, “You don’t even have a reservation” in a very dismissive and rude manner. This was extremely disappointing, especially since I had already communicated my booking intent and arrival time clearly through WhatsApp. Due to this unprofessional attitude, I left the branch without completing the rental.

I chose Enterprise because of its reputation for trust and customer-focused service, but unfortunately this experience was entirely negative. I expect Enterprise to prioritize customer satisfaction and address this matter appropriately so that such treatment does not happen again.
