Enterprise Istanbul Airport Cancels Customer's Reservation Over 30-Minute Early Arrival

On February 21, 2026, I had a Hyundai vehicle reservation (Reservation No: 887735474614) at the Enterprise Rent A Car location at Istanbul Airport, which I had booked approximately one month in advance. Factoring in my flight arrival time and passport control, I had specifically set my pickup time for 8:30 AM. Although it was during Ramadan, the airport was not overly crowded, and I arrived at the branch around 8:00 AM.

When I explained my situation to the agent on duty, I was told that they absolutely could not process anything before 8:30 AM and that I had to wait. Considering it was early in the morning during Ramadan and I did not wish to wait unnecessarily for 30 minutes, I stated that if early processing was not supported by the system, we could cancel and rebook. Despite this, my reservation was canceled outright, completely wasting the booking I had made a month in advance.

When I subsequently spoke with the call center, I was met with an extremely rude attitude and offered no solution whatsoever. Throughout this process, I lost valuable time and suffered significant inconvenience. I demand that my unfairly canceled reservation be compensated to resolve this issue, and that a replacement reservation be created for me at the Ataşehir branch under the original terms without any additional financial loss.

As a company that purports to value customer satisfaction, I request that this negative experience be reviewed, the employees' conduct evaluated, and my grievance resolved as soon as possible.
