Enterprise Turkey Campaign Scam & Unjust Cancellation

I experienced a severe case of bait-and-switch and deceptive practices regarding a promotional campaign. On May 20, 2026, I booked a car via the Enterprise mobile app to benefit from their official 40% discount partnership with Turkish Airlines (THY). Before completing the reservation online, I called the Marmaris branch, and the staff explicitly confirmed that vehicles were available at a rate of around 3000 TRY/day. However, the moment I mentioned the THY discount, the employee immediately tried to back out, claiming the campaign was invalid and that the reservation would be canceled anyway. Despite their resistance, I completed the booking through the app, and it was officially confirmed. Shortly after, the branch manually canceled my reservation. Another employee called and falsely claimed they had "no vehicles available all day," completely contradicting the information given just 30 minutes prior. They clearly manipulated the booking system to avoid honoring the legally binding promotional rate. This unprofessional behavior left me completely stranded at Dalaman Airport, forced me to incur around 7,000 TRY in alternative transport expenses, and completely ruined my 3-day vacation. To make matters worse, customer service provided zero solutions and failed to follow up on my complaint.
