I tried to rent a car through the Enterprise app, but just as I was selecting a vehicle, the app crashed unexpectedly. At first, I assumed it was a problem with my phone, so I restarted it, uninstalled, and reinstalled the app. However, I continued experiencing the same issue.
I called customer service, but they claimed there were no technical issues. To double-check, I attempted to log in using another phone, but the app still crashed before I could access my account. It's extremely frustrating that such a well-known company does not properly maintain its app.
I expect an immediate resolution so I can access my account and rent a vehicle without further issues. Please fix this ASAP!
